Service Description
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ: Thank you for using online booking. You will receive an automated email confirming your attempt to schedule conciliation time. Please be aware that sessions will not be entered into the calendar until all parties and counsel have confirmed their availability and willingness to participate. Conciliation Services are booked in two (2) hour sessions. Subsequent sessions may be available as agreed by the participants and the Conciliator. Please be aware that private conciliation is payable in full under your contract prior to the first session. Court assigned Conciliation is provided on a volunteer basis through the Court and at no cost to the parties. Finally, while we understand that on occasion rescheduling may be required we ask that you provide at least 48 hour cancellation notice should you need to cancel for any reason.
