IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ: Thank you for using online booking. You will see an immediate automated confirmation email in response to your booking request. While every effort will be made to schedule your requested time, please be aware that your appointment will not be placed into the calendar until it has been confirmed either by a second confirmation email or by a telephone call from the office. Next, while we understand that on occasion rescheduling may be required we ask that you provide at least 24 hour cancellation notice should you need to cancel for any reason. Last but not least and most importantly, safety is never negotiable. If you have any safety concerns relating to your matter or there are any circumstances which dictate caution please indicate in your initial correspondence.
